Wilson Park is a cooperative venture between Barre Area Development Corporation, a non-profit development group, and the Town of Barre. They have worked together, and with the State of Vermont, to provide exceptional, affordable industrial/commercial development sites inthe Barre area of Central Vermont.

The park curently holds over a dozen tenants on 40 acres employing a total of 1,500 and recently added another 80 acres to the park for future growth. Water, sewer, electricity and rail are in the park, and a master development permit is in hand. A new 37,500 square foot industrial building has been constructed for lease in blocks of 5,000 feet or more.
