MONTPELIER, VERMONT MONTPELIER PROPERTY MANAGEMENT We have the largest selection of apartments, offices, stores, and restaurants for rent in Montpelier, the Capital of Vermont. We have been in the real estate rental business since 1974. One Hundred Percent of our buildings are owned, operated and managed by our Company called Montpelier Property Management. We do not rent any properties that we do not own, nor do we manage or operate properties for any other individuals. What this means to you, our client is that we are renting a product and offering a service that is fully accountable to you. Emergency repairs are made within 24 hours. All buildings and their systems are kept in excellent condition at all times. Our management and repair staff are available on an emergency basis, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All our downtown properties have been designated Historic Structures by the State of Vermont and the United States Congress. Most of the buildings are located in Montpelier's downtown central business district, or within walking distance of the State Capital Complex. Montpelier Property Management also owns and rents property in Burlington and Barre, Vermont. We rent approximately 100 apartments. They are located downtown or with-in the surrounding old neighborhoods. Prices range between $450 and $800. Apartments are clean, bright and energy efficient. Some have fireplaces and hardwood floors. Some include parking. All have their own individual electric meters and heating systems. We rent storefronts in over 18 separate buildings. Stores are located in the central downtown business district in highly visible and high traffic locations. All have historic storefronts with excellent presentation. Stores have their own individual heat source as well as individual electric and water meters. All buildings are on the National Historic Register. We rent offices in 16 separate downtown buildings and also offices in some old neighborhood Victorian buildings. Offices are located on the first, second and third floors of designated historic buildings in the central downtown district or within walking distance of the State Capital Complex. Some offices are located in carriage houses, older historic homes or traditional storefronts. Parking is either on site or off site depending on the location. Restaurants, some fully and some partially equipped, are also
available to rent as well. Presently we have three (3) downtown
restaurants for rent in Montpelier.
